High Tech electroless nickel coating is a chemical-reaction comprised of 90.92% nickel and 8-10% phosphorus. Regardless of geometry, once a catalyst is immersed into the acid bath, the compound coats evenly.

    SALT BATH NITRIDING
     
     
    At 1075° F the Salt Bath Nitride process is a Thermo Chemical treatment that improves wear resistance and corrosion resistance of ferrous metals with little or no dimensional change.
